Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prello Media Contacts ("Prello"), a product of Heirloom Public Relations LLC ("Heirloom PR," "we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee limited liability company. By creating an account or using Prello, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or any associated services.

1. ABOUT PRELLO

Prello is a media contact database built for entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and small business owners who want direct access to journalists and media professionals — without agency fees or complicated enterprise tools. Prello is offered as a web-based platform with a mobile version in development.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Prello. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND BILLING

Free Membership

Free members receive limited daily contact reveals. Free access does not include full database access, unlimited reveals, or all media list building tools.

Paid Membership

Paid members receive full, unrestricted access to the entire Prello database, unlimited contact reveals, and all media list building and management tools with no daily caps or feature restrictions.

Founding Member Rate

The founding member rate of $29/month is available to paid members who subscribe on or before December 31, 2026. Members who lock in the founding rate will retain that rate for the lifetime of their active membership, regardless of future price increases. The founding rate applies only to continuous, active memberships. Cancellation forfeits founding rate eligibility.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

By using Prello, you agree not to: use the database for spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or any form of harassment, scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any portion of the Prello database, attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the platform, use Prello for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting media professionals. The violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. DATABASE ACCURACY

Prello makes every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date media contact information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the database. If you encounter outdated or incorrect contact information, please report it to [email protected] so we can review and update it promptly.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, technology, and data associated with Prello and Heirloom Public Relations LLC are the intellectual property of Heirloom Public Relations LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Prello content without our express written permission.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Prello is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that use of Prello will result in media coverage, press placements, or any specific business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heirloom Public Relations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Prello.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of Prello after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
